We provide German origin squirrel cage motors in all standard cooling and protection types for low-voltage, medium and high voltage up to 25000 kW (25 MW) to work under severe industrial applications. The electric motors have maximum possible efficiency with reliable and low operational cost.
Three-phase asynchronous slip ring motors are available from 75 kW to 15000 kW for applications which require high starting torque or low starting current. All slip ring motors are extremely efficient, reliable, and robust construction. For emergency breakdown, we also have possibility to supply required electric motor immediately from our huge stock.
We supply Direct current motors of power from 20 kW to 2000 kW. DC motors are compact, reliable and built to the highest degree of quality. We supply DC Motors which have high dynamic load capacity due to fully laminated magnetic circuit with long brush life. We can supply complete range of IE3 and IE2 electric motors of renowned brands suitable for industrial, marine and offshore applications. The IE3 generation of electric motors, gives maximum benefit in energy and cost savings and are available in all frame sizes. Gearmotor is combination of an electric motor and a gearbox. It is considered as a compact and cost-effective solution for high-torque, low-speed applications as it combines a motor with a gear reducer system. We offer a wide range of Exde, ExNa motors in frame size 63 to 400. All flameproof / explosion-protected motors are ATEX qualified. We also supply motors certified according to IEC-Ex standards. Customised EX-motors are also available as per requirement.
Brake motors are constructed by the application of an electromagnetic disc-brake on A.C. motor which operates in absence of current causing the blocking of the motor and other devices connected to it. The electromagnetic disc brake is usually powered by rectifier located in the terminal box of motor. We have extensive range of Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and manually operated Brake Motors.
In order to keep the inventory and maintenance costs low, it is difficult for customers to keep a spare backup motor for every critical application. We can study your existing motors and can design a single motor which can be used as backup or replacement for several motors of critical applications. This help to reduce the inventory cost. The backup motor can be offered with adaptive plates to fit on different foundations and similarly extended shaft for use with different equipment.
