In general, we require your personal data in order to answer your queries or provide you with access to requested information or offers. We shall neither sell your personal data to third parties nor otherwise market it.
We will collect and use personal data for the implementation of the (contractual) business relationship with the Business Partner. This applies to both our (prospective) customers and to parties from which we purchase products and/or services. For purchase, we shall let you know about required specifications or services, send you a request for quotation or place an order with you, pay your invoices and communicate smoothly and efficiently with you about other aspects of the agreement.
In connection with the implementation of a (possible) agreement, we may have to pass on your personal data to parties that supply us with parts, materials, and products or carry out work commissioned by us.
Each time we send you an advertisement mailing, you have the option to let us know you no longer want this. For this, see the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mailing. If you are a one-time customer with us, we will only send you advertisement messages if you have given prior permission for this.
If you have requested a quotation from us but have not become our customer, we will remove your data no later than one year after our last contact. If you did become our customer, we will keep your personal data for a duration of seven years after the end of the financial year in which our agreement with you was fully implemented.
